such a super hotel find!
spacious room large shower free coffee convenient location
This hotel is amazing! our superior double room exterior bathtub room was so spacious, and i loved the large shower! free coffee is always available. Such a perk! the location worked so well for getting around!
The elevator did break down once. I had to take the stairs to my room on the fourth floor, but it was a very minor inconvenience.

acceptable but underwhelming stay
poor air conditioning street noise
the staff was helpful when i asked for directions.
the room i was assigned was smaller than expected. also, the air conditioning did not work well and the room remained too warm (even after i reported it). the noise from the street was noticeable at night, difficult to sleep soundly.

Balcony Bliss
city views lounging bed
The balcony had city views and an outside bathtub with a lounging bed. We found this nearly better than a pool. We spent afternoons soaking in a cool bath after our morning city hikes. Beds were comfy and I liked the shower. The bathroom's setup allowed two people to get ready easily.
The air conditioning shut off, so I didn't sleep well the first night. No one answered when I called the front desk to turn the air con back on. Staff stated they fixed it, but issues persisted with the AC needing restarts.

The hotel features a common lounge area with a coffee machine. Guests could access coffee anytime and there was also a water source available for cold, hot and normal drinking water, which I found convenient.
